2、 Test Conditions:
Temperature points: Tmin = –40°C, room temperature = 25°C, Tmax = 85°C.
Voltage: 12 V system USmin = 9 V, USmax = 16 V, UA = 14 ±0.2 V.
3、 Test Basis:
Per ISO 16750-2:2023 Clause 4.2; supply voltage range 9-16 V.
4、 Test Steps:
1. Load the DUT into the chamber and test in the order: Tmin → room temperature → Tmax.
2. Operating modes 3.3 and 3.4: at each temperature step, sweep the supply from USmin to USmax, light the lamp and record whether it lights normally and the steady-state current.
3. Operating mode 3.2: set supply to UA, light the lamp and record whether it lights normally and the steady-state current.
4. t1 = 30 s, t2 = 60 s, rise = 1 V/s, fall = 1 V/s.
