2、 Test Conditions:
Temperature: Tmax–20°C (if Tmax = 85°C, test at 65°C); room temperature = 25°C.
Voltage: 12 V system test voltage 18 V; jump start USmin = 10.8 V, Utrans = 26 V.

ISO16750-2:2023 in 4.3.1 ， Tmax-20℃ Long-Duration Overvoltage

4、 Test Steps:
1. Set the chamber to Tmax – 20°C (if Tmax = 85°C, test at 65°C).
2. DUT in lit state (Mode 3.4, operating at maximum supply voltage).
3. Ramp supply from nominal 13.5 V to 18 V; hold for 60 min.
4. Monitor throughout: confirm the LED recovers to normal lighting at 13.5 V; check driver thermal protection and smoke/odor; return to 13.5 V after 60 min.
5. Jump start: apply 26 V to all relevant DUT inputs (connection points) for 60 ±6 s per the curve below.
